Arrival Information
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Trail entry slots are staggered every 10 minutes, this does not mean you need to finish the course within that time, take as long as you need to enjoy your experience. When you arrive, park your vehicle and carefully make your way down to reception to check in. Make a night of it – gates open at 6:30pm, hot food menu and beverages available.
Food & Drink
Free Halloween punch with every ticket. Hot food, snacks and drinks will also be available to purchase during the event.
Suitability
This is an intense scare experience with live actors, smoke, and strobe lighting, which may impact some medical conditions (such as asthma and epilepsy) if unsure please check with your doctor. Not recommended for under 13s or those who dislike being frightened. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
What to Wear
Sturdy footwear for rough and uneven terrain.
Weather appropriate clothes – avoid long hems, flowing fabrics, or loose accessories that could be hazardous on the trail.
Expect the unexpected – participation may result in damage to clothing or personal items.
We strongly recommend leaving valuables at home. Any items brought onto the trail are at your own risk.

This is a non-refundable event. You cannot refund or amend your booking after purchasing.
Due to the intense nature of this experience, it is not recommended for those who are easily scared. Refunds will not be provided for opting out due to discomfort.

Medical Conditions
As this experience includes smoke machines and strobe lighting it may affect those with asthma, epilepsy, or light sensitivity. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your doctor.
Under 18 years old:
Terror Trail is a recommended 13+ event. Due to the nature of the event, it is not recommended for anyone below the age of 13.
Under 13s must be accompanied by a full-paying adult (age 18+) throughout the entire evening.
All under-18s must have a parent or guardian present to take part.
1 adult is required to supervise every 6 children (under 18).
